This has been an ongoing issue since Apple switched to OSX. OS9 and prior had no issue with this. There is no excuse for this same bug has been going for 10-15 years. Microsoft, Adobe, and Apple need to put heads together (not in the sand) and figure out this issue. There is no reason so simple as a conversion to PDF including full Hyperlink capability should not be available. It's available in Pages and Numbers, It's available in all OpenOffice Versions. Do you know this was not an issue on os9 and lower and we've been using OS X 10-15 years.

I am Posting here because Bug reports sent through the smiley Face Feedback Seems as though they are being Filtered before they are passed along. (what it seems like to me)

I went through same identical steps (despite layout in Mailing tab is different) in both 2016 Word and 2011 Word and was able to create my Labels in fact I even saved then in the 2011 version

Do you mean Custom Font ? You have shown Costume Font.
If so all you have to do is while in the header switch Ribbon Tab to Home. Select Text to be altered and choose new font. Or go to Main Format menu choose Document the choose Header/Footer and you can customize font to desired Font.
