We are now in 2019 (so you are 6 years behind)
    And I'm on Office 365
Office 365 keeps changing and updating and downdating templates.
Its very hard for MS if everyone is on different versions.

Yes you can make your own templates.
But it is very hard and is a very buggy area.

Yes, experts say that Styles are the most important feature of Word.
But the whole Styles area is badly presented and full of flaws.
There are too many basic styles
They are accessible from too many places.
It is so hard to change them
    Its all very tedious
Why are the default styles headings Blue?

Yes, many of the highlighter colors are far too dark to be able to see the text.

I agree, try to find how to Start a new Organisational Chart.
Is it under Insert Charts (where you would think it would be?
    No its under Smart Art!
To me Smart Art is for graphic designers etc.

I'd also like a few more voices, after a while you get tired of the same man and lady

Yes, its there, its just hidden away as Corndigger says.
To me it should be there by default - there are 100 other features no one ever uses.

I'd like something like this as I work with documents with quotes from several langauges.
But I imagine it would be very hard to implement.

We want to let you know that the Word team has heard your feedback and are planning to offer a way to turn off the checking for individual rules in the right click menu  in Word 2016. If you’re an Office 365 subscriber, you should see this change in a future update.

Also, for individual cases where you’d like to turn of flagging of a particular issue, you can always click on “Ignore Once” in the right click menu.

As always, thanks for your feedback. We appreciate it!
