    just use medical articles, website and documents, of the area you are interested in, then do spell check them and the you have the dictionary you want and need as you own custom dictionary.

    solve the problem quick.

    o yeah ... free of charge tip.

    We value users’ feedback, and are pleased to announce that we’re planning to enable the style options in Grammar checking for Office 2016 users this winter – stay tuned for updates on availability. The Editor feature, which includes new style options and other ongoing enhancements to the experience, will continue to be exclusively offered through an Office 365 subscription.

    not sure what you refer too, Word just counts.
    Tested to see if you are right and in the document in 4 different language all did do live count the words as I type. language used English French German and Dutch.
    Remarks is that only in 5th language Thai the counting is incorrect.
