I am dyslexic. For years I have customized Word to appear as if the "paper" is a high contrast or pastel color so that I could read faster, work better and get less eyestrain. The new Office no longer allows me to customize color schemes this way, and the themes available are all versions of gray - which any accessibility expert OR halfway decent Web designer could tell you is the hardest thing to read! Please allow us to customize the theme colors. I don't care if it means that fancy color graphics don't always work right - I just need text on a not-white background (and not gray either).
