As it stands I can’t really see my office 365 subscription from any of the apps... well, with exception of OneDrive. But even then, I can’t really change anything from within it. If I want to go from personal to home, I have to jump through hoops to get it done and I don’t get a streamlined convenient way to do it from either within any office app, Apple’s App Store subscription section or Google’s Play store.

Right now I’m using it on iOS. And it pains me that once I choose a plan, either home or personal, I’m not given the option through the App Store to change package. I can change if I want to pay monthly or annually.. depending on how I subscribed. But I can’t do anything f else.

Please give us more freedom without necessarily always having to go directly to the Microsoft office page.

To set up SBC Global email on your iPhone, you will need the POP and SMTP server addresses for your SBC Global account. SBC Global's email servers are now owned and managed by AT&T.

The steps are followed as:-

Step 1:- Tap the “Settings” icon in the iPhone home screen to open the Settings menu.

Step 2:- Tap the “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” tab and then tap the “Accounts” option. Your existing email accounts display.

Step 3:- Tap the “Add Account” option. A list of available account types displays.

Step 4:- Tap “Other” and select “Add Mail Account.” The New Account form opens.

Step 5:- Tap the “Name” field and type your name in the field.

Step 6:- Tap inside the “Email” field and enter your SBC Global email address.

Step 7:- Type your account password in the Password field.

Step 8:- Type a description for the account in the Description field, if desired. Tap “Next.”

Step 9:- Tap the “POP” option at the top of the screen.

Step 10:- Type the following domain name in the Host Name field in the Incoming Mail Server section :
inbound.att.net

Step 11:- Type your SBC email address in the User Name field, and then type the corresponding password for the account in the Password field. Tap “Next” to display the Outgoing Mail Server form.

Step 12:- Type the following domain name in the Host Name field in the Outgoing Mail Server section :
outbound.att.net

Step 13:- Type your SBC email address in the User Name field, and then type the corresponding password for the account in the Password field.

Step 14:- Tap “Save.” The iPhone is configured to send and receive emails from your SBC Global account.
