  3. your last update has screwed up my Mac and email service!!! I can't SEND messages using my yahoo password. It is not being acknowledged.

    your updates for Mac Word screwed up my laptop so I can no longer send emails even using the correct password.

  4. Full screen mode should only function on one screen when using multiple monitors

    For users with two or more monitors, full screen editing should only maximize one monitor and leave all others free to use with other documents or applications. Currently, my second monitor presents a black screen when entering full screen mode in Word.

  7. Template Problem of MAC

    Neither of the CD covers will open from the templates menu. When you click on either the Stripes or Spin CD covers, it will only open their corresponding CD Label. Is this a setting issue? Very frustrating

  8. Please put the New Folder box at the top of the page.

    Please put the New Folder box at the top of the page. If you have many folders, you are unable to resize the box to get the New Folder option to show when you are using the "Save As" option in Word for Mac.

  9. Dialogs are cut off on Mac Air, buttons not accessible

    Save-As dialog is cut off on a Mac Air, Save/Save As, etc. buttons are not accessible. workaround is to hit <Enter>, but cannot use the mouse

  10. Fix saving bug with El Capitan

    Bug on Mac and other MS Office applications when running on El Capitan OS prevent saving.
    Pop up message:

    Word cannot save or create this file. The disk may be full or write-protected.
    Try one or more of the following:
    * Free more memory.
    * Make sure that the disk you want to save the file on is not full, write-protected, or damaged.
    (Document1.docx)

    This has happened to many users (see e.g. this thread: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/mac/forum/macoffice2016-macword/error-message-on-mac-when-saving-word-2016/d660ed3f-02b3-4708-a7bf-ea5441c606dc)

    Even using an older version of Word is an issue. NB: there is certainly enough space, seems that the issue is MS Office attempts…

  12. Office 2011 Doesn't show sidebar properly most (ALL?) the time

    Ever since El Capt. most (ALL) of the time when I go to Save As a document in Word and I think Power Point and Excel as well, the sidebar on the left of the Save As dialog does not show the Sidebar as appears in the Finder. There are only a very few icons like my User disk which makes it a very arduous trial to navigate to where I might want to place my file. Please fix this bug in an update!

  14. You have no easy to find way to print both sides of paper. I gave up and printed via 'Preview' which does have a Two Sided option. Why does

  15. Notebook Layout on Word 2011 not letting me write in Title area

    I have been trying to write in my title area and it will not even recognize or click or anything. This is definitely cumbersome in writing during class and lectures.

    I have written a passage with a word in greek as italic. This is also a link to another App (which is possible since Word 16). Unfortunately its not possible here.

  19. Copy from a .pdf improvements

    Hello

    I find Word as the best tool for copy and paste from a pdf to a editor.

    But often the best can improve:
    often the word order are wrong in Word after copy and paste
    often the paragraph mark is on false place. What has to be separated through a paragraph mark is together and what has to be together is separated through a paragraph mark. This happens most if I copy a TOC from a pdf to Word. Or when it has two columns, then Word is overwhelmed.

  20. The full Duden for german users

    In germany it give a add on to Word from the Biblographisches Institut with the best spell and grammar checker, which are available. This would be a huge step forward for german users.
