Hi, I use Word on Office 365 at work on Windows and at home on Mac. I've noticed that at work I am now getting suggestions about simplifying sentences and when I correct spelling I'm offered a series of words with definitions beneath them - this is great functionality, perhaps similar to adding grammarly (this was the closest idea I could vote for without starting a new request). This diffence in functionality seems like a big gap in quality between the two products.

They already have a grammarly add-on. If you go to insert > get add ons, then you can add gramarly to Microsoft word. Hope this helps!
