Working in academic environment, new modern comments not helpful and adds layer of complexity.
Need to have option in Word365 to not use modern comments.
The grayed out comments and layered series of comments add clutter to the document, complicating review.
Utterly unsuitable for many jobs and professions. Has wrecked functionality for me. Almost unusable now.
In the business environment, working with modern comments is not helpful, but rather annoying and time-consuming. We hope that this function will be made available to the user as an option.
Whether the modern comments are used, each user should be able to decide individually.
