Distinguish between one-line and multi-line paragraphs for paragraph formatting.
In legal documents, sometimes a particular level of formatting can be used either for a heading or for a paragraph with text. In the case it is used as a (one-line) heading, it ought to be kept with the next paragraph, and if it's a paragraph of text, there is no need for it to be kept with the next paragraph (and having "Keep with next" selected would often result in ugly pagination).
It would be great to have another checkbox in the paragraph formatting dialog for "Keep with next if one line" to specify the desired behavior, or to be able to achieve this in some other way.
Anyone else have this and come across a workaround?
