Bring back Offline Help in Office 2016
In Office 2013 and previous versions it was possible to choose between Online Help and Offline Help. In Office 2016 there is only Online Help, Offline Help is no longer available. Please bring back this option.
Thanks for your feedback. Our product help is now online only in order to allow us to deliver better content faster as new Office features, updates, and improvements are released.

MS Fuktards, can u stop removing nice features! I think we should stop buying this garbage.

Wrong!!! Wrong software model, wrong thinking, wrong direction, wrong assumption (about most people having internet access).
Now, for me, wrong product as well. I will never pay for MS Office again in my life, and neither will most of my colleagues.

Stupid microsoft engineer that haven't thought about environment that must be offline for security reason, microsoft your engineer are becoming dumb and dumber ... same with windows 10 with absolute non consideration for large and complexs environments.
If you _would_ even deliver good content. Removing offline help is another big ditch and a good argument to replace MS Office by Open/Libre Office wherever I can.

Nice. Good joke, Microsoft!
Can Help for 2013 be captured as 'good enough' for unconnected users?
I suspect/hope someone will offer an 'off-line help' bridge service, so that while you are off line you will have a temporarily unsynced version of at least some of Help. Ms knows they are just saving a little money, and possibly getting little revenue by not having to coordinate a Help Update/Push system.
It' the time to abandon Office.
to work offline
This is enogh Motivation for me to change to libre Office. I am not willed to be Forced to work online. This is my kick to change my os, too. I want to be able

Buying Office 2016 is a Great Mistakes. Microsoft People will not heard your need, they only forcing their need.
"...in order to allow us to deliver better content faster..." Better and faster is a moot point if we can't connect to the internet. Provide an offline alternative that covers the FAQs at least. We have gigantic hard drives. Don't make decisions about convenience for us because we clearly are working from different perspectives.

Please bring back Offline Help in Office 2016 (macos). Offline help is essential for all those who are not / can't not stay online always. Online help is not available. Many people have a notebook because they work while travelling... thanks.
I usually programmed the VBA at office old version and find out the offline help of performance is faster than office 2016.
Even if the newer updates is released, MS may always also release the newer help file for end user to reference easily .
bad, bad , bad
Most of us prefer the offline help

Here we are, nearly three years later, and we still don't have any help on help.
Yes, I've got a shortcut to the 2013 help.chm, but it's just not the same as being able to F1 on a key word and there's what I'm looking for.
The Microsoft response is just pitiful and with no idea as to how their customers use their products.

Please bring back the offline help for Office 2016 Pro
I've got some Workstations which are not allowed to connect to the internet
Is there a Method like an unoffical update or anything to get an offline help in Office 2016.
We got like 70 employees and no Internet for them. We upgraded Office 2007 to 2016 after a ver hard discussion and now i'm the fool because i didn't knew about this no offline help thing and wanted to buy 2016. Now were back to Office 2007 because we can't use the product without offline-help.
