This is required for legal documents that use sideheads, which are also sometimes called marginalia.

This used to work in Word 2002/ XP.

A text paragraph with attached "legal sidehead" or "marginalia" Text Frame, fails to honor "keep with next" paragraph setting, that is, the marginalia/ legal sidehead paragraph does not flow to next page, with the paragraph that follows it and when it is anchored to that following paragraph.

) in offlist emails with simple test files, and we both came to the conclusion that this is a regression in recent versions of Word.

Caption references should follow a specified reference format that does not include any of the surrounding text by the caption itself.
This would fix the following:
1) Sometimes references to captions pick up text that comes before on the same line, or on the previous line(s) (sometimes the picture before the figure caption). This wouldn't happen if the reference format was strictly followed. This would also aid in allowing more flexibility with captions that are on the same line after the text it is referring to, like equation numbers. For example the equation reference format could be "(#)" and the strict reference would include only "(#)" and not any surrounding text, equation, etc. that is on the same line as the actual caption.
2) I should be able to specify a label format for references, possibly different than the caption itself, and the reference will always be only that text. In the simple case, the default would be the caption label as is, and excludes any other formatting or text added to it. In the advanced case, a format that includes pre- and post- text added to the caption number can be specified different than or without the original label. For example, caption format can be "Figure #: " e.g. "Figure 3: ", and the reference format can be "Fig. #". E.g. in the text I reference "Fig. 3" even though the caption is the full word "Figure". Also note the inclusion of ": " in the figure caption, but not in the reference to allow better consistency in the captions themselves that require a format after the #. I've also wanted to have a caption format such as "TABLE #" and then reference it as "Table #" in the text, the workaround being to use small cap fond in the captions, but always applying non-small cap text to the references after making the reference. If I wanted to be even fancier I could add "TABLE #\n", to the caption format where "\n" means a carriage return: because I always include table captions on the following line, and then maybe the cross-reference dialogue would pick up that text in the following line as the caption text so I see "TABLE 3 Amazing Ideas" instead of non-descript "TABLE 3" in the dialogue box when making a cross-reference.

It would be great to open a document on one device, such as my Android (or iOS, for others) device or PC, then be able to push it to another device and have it open and ready to use immediately. This would be great when moving between meetings or locations.

For instance, when I am out to lunch and receive an email with an attached document, I might open the document to look at it a bit, but would like to focus on it more when I get back to the office. If I could hit a "push to device" button to make that document open on my PC back in the office (or just push it to all devices I am logged into), I would see it front and center as soon as I get back.

The same could work in reverse. If I am editing a document before a meeting (or a class I teach) I could be editing on the PC, then when it is time to go to the appointment, press "push to Android" to have it open on my phone or tablet and ready to use as soon as I unlock the device.

This saves time versus finding the email that had the attachment, or saving the document to a folder, renaming it, then looking it up again when I get to the next location.

I use Windows 7 and Word13. Trying to print a range of pages from “Book fold” document, but when I click on drop-down on Print All Pages, the Custom Print option is dimmed. Also not allowed to type in Pages line. Only All pages print allowed, but the document is huge and I need only part of it. My document has no section breaks and page numbers start from first page with number 1 and so on up to the last page.
Now it is extremely inconvenient. It was no problem in Word 7, I used it very often and I do not understand why this option is not supported in Word 13? As soon "Book fold" for multiple pages margin is still available and possible to set up numbers of "Sheets per booklet", at you choice it necessary to have possibility for "Custom print" or select particular pages or their range as it was in Word 7. It will save a lot of paper and ink. Otherwise using only available option "Printing All pages" it will be printed a lot of unneeded sheets, which will go immediately to wasting box. Moreover, it may be a violation of documentation safety requirements..
