Dictation: Allow an option for speech-to-text

Instead of wasting time typing, allow people to talk into the mic and their words turn into text.

    wie lange dauert es denn noch - how much time is this simple problem a big problem by Microsoft - it is not possible, next 10 years - in german i say - scheiss Microsoft - i will unix - microsoft is a very big problem himself at the future at this world - by, s.lauerwald, Germany, saxoni.

    This feature belongs in the operating system, NOT in an online website/web-app. That way you will be able to use it with ALL websites and apps.
    Doesn't this already exist in Windows 10?

    Now the question is how the vocabulary will work. Very strongly we see the need in medical and legal industries.

    dictate function is possible using the Windows speech recognotion. BUT it has Nothing to do with CORTANA. A Connection would be cool

    Nothing that I have seen from Micrsosoft so far could convince me that Microsoft has any focus on providing voice recognition with relevance to business secenarios

    I have a lot of work to replace my lost documents, when new office was installed.i would like to go back to old office.

    Our voices are powerful if the wrong people make a copy of your voice. Then you are giving permission to anyone to use it.
