Dictation: Allow an option for speech-to-text
Instead of wasting time typing, allow people to talk into the mic and their words turn into text.

Add Track Changes to Word Online
This would be one of the most common ways you'd want to collaborate on a document. It is the equivalent of Google doc's "suggesting" mode and without it our organisation would find it extremely difficult to take the plunge and jump ships.

Default to edit view
It is very confusing to see a document open and not be able to edit it. Most text editors default to editing, so this one should also

When you open documents that you own in OneDrive and OneDrive for Business, we now open in edit mode by default. Documents shared with you still open in Reading View. We are in the process of rolling out default-to-edit for SharePoint libraries, stay tuned! :)
