Capitalization of the first letter in the sentence should be automatic. It's such a small thing, but it really makes a tremendous difference.
We’ve made several improvements to Word Online’s auto-correct functionality over the past year. You should see the first letter of a sentence automatically capitalized when you type now! Thanks for the suggestion and keep them coming!
Omfg this is whyyyyYYyYYYY?!?!?! It’s so annoying that it always auto capitalizes things that I DON’T WANT CAPITILALIZEDDD
I need the button to switch it off

That feature doesn't exist in word online currently
How do I turn this feature off? I'm trying to include case-sensitive filenames (so the recipient can copy/paste from the document) and Word insists on capitalizing it. Not every first word is the start of a sentence.
Add a simple button to set the case of selected text, rather than having to rewrite it all out again.
