Focus mode for Word
Word is too feature rich and full of fancy UI.
Please remove all the distraction and give me a mode to distraction free writing. Just me and my content.
Enable feature to hide the ribbon and controls in the web version of word. Current one is UGLY and I want to hide it!
Word Online should allow you to go full screen without showing the Internet Bar. This would allow people to be more productive and give them a larger field of view to work with.

Yes a full screen mode, like WriteRoom on the Mac, would be major for the online version, (and very nice to see back in the offline versions). Inverse colors, like was available in older versions of Word, as well as the possibility to zoom/out to get the page/font size to the easiest point for the eyes would be greatly appreciated. For the Online version, this should be a matter of applying a CSS sheet, and invoking a full screen browser mode.
Focus mode was a great boon. I don't have 365, so would like it in regular Word

Yes, please bring this back! It was my #1 feature when using Word and I was shocked to see it gone when I upgraded. I'm seriously considering downgrading back to 2011 to get that view back. It's so essential for writers. The development team has done so much work to declutter the app, but why would they remove the BEST WAY to declutter the app for the user?

A full screen with a black background so your looking at white paper. And if you're typing then you use shortcut keys to style.
You have the "focus" writing mode when using word on Mac but on the PC or on the online version. Please please fix. This is such a basic way to please your writers but allowing them to focus on their material. Just writer and word. Just fix already.
Yes. A full-screen mode would be great. No taskbar, no title bar, no options bar, nothing but the words.
