Include non-binary pronouns as a suggestion for more inclusive language
Word Online (and all other Word versions, frankly) should suggest 'they' as a replacement for 'he/she' when referring to a non-gender specific person, to be more inclusive.
As per the following WaPo article, the "American Dialect Society gave the official okay to “they” as a singular, gender-neutral pronoun (instead of “he” or “she”)": https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/style/in-2016-they-became-singular-and-everyone-learned-more-about-gender/2016/12/16/cabcd846-c3b7-11e6-9578-0054287507db_story.html

At the very least, Word should STOP suggesting that I replace "their" with "her or his" in the name of "formal language".
