make the document permanent when you want to add it as a link online. Also when turned into a pdf allow editing of fields.

Thank you for your feedback. Can you give us more details on your Word Online suggestion? We would like to better understand the steps you are currently following and where you would like to see the document be made 'permanent'.
Word Online automatically saves the documents you create or edit to your cloud storage provider (OneDrive, SharePoint, Box, etc.) so you can access them later, so in this sense the document is saved permanently. Let us know if this is not the functionality you're looking for.
