please allow insert a blank page and cover page
Thanks for your feedback. Word Online already allows you to enter page breaks which you can use to enter a blank page either at the beginning, middle or end of your document. In order to avoid displaying the header/footer on those pages, select the Header/Footer button in the Insert ribbon and select one of the items in the Options menu to the right of the header.
Let us know if this doesn’t resolve your issue.
No, Wenjun, you're workaround doesn't help in most cass. Users need to be able to insert a TRUE blank page that does not have any headers or footers, without jumping through hoops. There should alway be an easy way to print :This page intentionally left blank" or similar.

Thanks for the feedback. You can insert a blank page by the following workaround with "Insert Page Breaks" command which is on the ribbon "Insert" tab:
1. If you want to insert a blank page in the beginning of your document, you can place the edit cursor to the beginning of the document then insert a page break. The blank page will show up as the first page.
2. If you want to insert a blank page between some of the contents, you can place the edit cursor to the place you want to insert then insert two page breaks. The blank page will show up between the two parts of the contents where you put the edit cursor.
Please let us know if this does not work. Thanks.
